I've been using it for about a week now and the memory foam core holds its shape perfectly during longer sessions. The wedge angle really helps take pressure off my lower back, which was a problem before. It's surprisingly firm yet comfortable.

The wedge angle makes a surprising difference for oral, way less neck strain than propping up regular pillows. It's firm enough to actually stay put instead of flattening out mid-use.

My hips finally stopped cramping halfway through, which honestly never happens. The wedge angle is steeper than I pictured, so it actually props you up instead of just flattening out under the weight. Turns out the whole thing works just as well under my knees too.
