I've been using these during my morning routine and the weight actually makes a difference compared to my old set. The string is long enough to feel secure but still discreet.

The silicone texture is incredibly smooth and body-safe, which makes inserting them feel comfortable rather than clinical. I’ve been doing the kegel routine while working from home, and the discreet weight is just enough to feel a genuine burn by the end of the session.

Didn't expect to actually feel these working, but after a couple weeks my pelvic floor muscles are noticeably more engaged during workouts. The silicone is silky and they stay put even when I'm walking around doing chores. Way more comfortable than I assumed ben wa balls would be.
