I wasn't sure what to expect with glass, but the surface is surprisingly smooth and the weight feels really nice for those squeeze-and-release exercises. Definitely feels like a quality tool for pelvic floor work.

The two different sizes make it easy to switch up the intensity during a session, and the glass warms up quickly to body temperature. I've been using the smaller one daily for kegel practice and honestly feel more connected down there already.
