Think of Ami as your vagina's personal trainer. You're strength training as you go about your daily business, only now, “daily business” feels really good.

With three progressive weights, from soft weight single ball, to hard and heavy double ball, Ami enhances pelvic fitness, allowing deeper and more intense orgasms. With regular use, you’ll also gain a ton of other health benefits, including less incontinence. If you pee while you sneeze – scoop these up. And for real: they’re so popular, a set is purchased every 15 minutes.

I was skeptical, but the softest weight is so comfortable I forget I'm wearing it. The gradual progression between the three weights is perfect for building strength without feeling overwhelmed.

The three progressive weights make it surprisingly easy to build up gradually; I started with the softest one and noticed a real difference within a couple weeks. It’s discreet enough to wear while working from home, and honestly, the light pressure is a nice little buzz during the day.

I was skeptical about the whole idea until I actually tried the middle weight during my morning routine, and honestly I forgot I was wearing it. The silicone is smooth and easy to clean, which matters more than I expected.
